Hi There,
What’s up? So today’s topic is charming and interesting. We would like to talk about French Bulldog Coat or Variants. Before we start, I
would like to share some things with you guys. Some breeders are very curious and care about dogs, but some are just breeders for money. So it would help if you were very careful about selecting.
However, approximately 15 types of French Bulldogs exist. Without waiting anymore, let’s start.
Blue French Bulldog
Blue French Bulldogs are mainly known as blue Frenchies. They are very well recognized by their blue-gray coat color.
They are pretty much costly like females and males are quite the same approximately $5,500, but females are around $300-$500 plus.
But some Blue Frenchies are quite very expensive up to $10,000, it’s mainly varying for their rare color. They have a muscular build, a compact frame, a flat face with wrinkled skin, and bat-like ears.
Brindle French Bulldog
They are another striking variation of the popular French Bulldog breed.
Brindle is a fur pattern distinguished by streaks of deeper darker intertwined with lighter tones, producing a striped or mottled appearance.
Brindle makes a kind of tiger type of skin shape also which can be fawn, cream, yellow, or reddish with a black pattern.
There are behaviors like the same affectionate, playful, and sometimes stubborn temperament. Their cost can be $3,900-$5,500. Under $3,500, it’s very rare to get a Brindle. Some brindles can cost up to $7,500.
Cream French Bulldogs
Cream French Bulldogs have a solid coat color that ranges from a light, almost off-white cream to a warmer.
And the beautiful thing is a slightly golden hue. Adoption from rescue organizations or shelters is also a commendable option.
Cream Frenchies cost around $4,000-$4,900 for males and $4,500-$5,900 for females.
Chocolate French Bulldog
They are another very rare and can be light tan or dark brown. Because most breeds are not necessary both father and mother carry the gene of the breeds.
But for Chocolate French Bulldogs, both father and mother genes need to be together.
Solid Chocolate French Bulldogs are nearly about $4,500-$5,000, Chocolate and Tan are nearly $4,500-$6,000, Black and Tan French Bulldogs: $4,500-$5,700.
Fawn French Bulldog
Fawn French Bulldogs are one of the most common and lovely breeds.
Fawn French have a solid coat color ranging from light tan to reddish-gold, while others may have a deeper, richer tan color.
They are loyal companions who enjoy spending time with their human family members. Fawns are mostly available from reputable breeders.
To get a Fawn French, you have to pay approximately $3,000-$5,500. It can vary according to the rareness of skin and coat.
Fluffy French Bulldog
Fluffy French Bulldogs may have a longer, softer, or denser coat compared to the typical short, smooth coat of the breed.
Their fur may be slightly wavy or curly. These dogs are very rare to find and so they are quite much expensive.
This type of Frenchie can attract others for their unique appearance. For a Fluffy Frenchie, both father and mother need the same gene. They may cost about $5,000-$12,000.
Merle French Bulldog
The defining feature of Merle French Bulldogs is their coat pattern, which consists of mottled patches of color on a lighter base coat.
The most attractive thing is their eyes and nose which are blue and pink. They come from the Merle gene which is a very dominating Gene.
However, two copies of the Merle gene (one from each parent) can lead to health issues such as blindness, deafness, and other neurological problems.
But they are quite different to look at. They can cost $5,000-$8,990.
Pied French Bulldog
Pied French Bulldogs have a predominantly white coat with patches of another color, such as black, brindle, fawn, or cream.
The patches can vary in size and shape, and they are typically irregularly distributed across the body. They cost around $4,500-$5,900.
Platinum French Bulldog
Platinum French Bulldogs have a coat color that’s a lighter variation of the blue gene, resulting in a pale grayish-white or silver.
It’s another rare Bulldog in the category of French Bulldog. They cost nearly about $7,000-$10,000.
Pure Black French Bulldog
One of my favorite Frenchies. You can brainstorm it they are solid black but some of them have white patches on their chests.
They have a gene named recessive. They cost around $4,500.
White French Bulldog
Another is my favorite Frenchie breed. White French Bulldogs have a predominantly white coat with minimal to no markings of other colors.
Rarely some may have small patches of color on their bodies or ears, the white coloration typically dominates their coat.
But they have some health issues like Skin, eyes, and ears which are common. A pretty white Frenchie cost nearly around $5,500-$8,000.
Sable French Bulldog
Sable French Bulldogs have a coat color that’s a lighter variation of the blue gene, resulting in a pale grayish-white or silver hue.
They cost between $4,000 and $5,000 for a male Frenchie, and between $4,490 and $5,290 for a female.
Isabella French Bulldog
Isabella are very rare dogs and very in demand for their exclusive coat. Their coat is mostly known as Lilac sometimes they are called lavender.
They have a unique coat of black pigment, resulting in a pale silver with a pinkish.
Isabella’s puppies range between $9,000-$10,000 for males and $10,000-$11,000. In rare cases, they could cost over 2-3 times more.
Lilac French Bulldog
Lilac French Bulldog is often used interchangeably with “Isabella French Bulldog” to refer to a rare and highly sought-after variation within the French Bulldog breed.
Lilac bulldogs are very area-specific dogs, but they are very beautiful and uncommon. They are mostly available on the West Coast of the US.
Their coat is black pigment, resulting in a pale silver or lilac with a pinkish undertone. Lilac French Bulldogs can cost $4,000-$6,000 depending on quality, sex, and breeding
pair. Blue Genes are quite similar in price but the blue genes are quite high in price they can cost over $7,000.
Tiger Brindle French Bulldog
Tiger brindle French Bulldogs have a brindle coat pattern that resembles the stripes of a tiger.
It’s their unique brindle coat pattern that sets them apart and gives them a striking and exotic appearance reminiscent of a tiger.
